The high quality aluminum design relies on an insert that fits through the front opening of the face plate and let you attach the "spoon" firmly to the a Go-Pro interface. Two plastic adaptors are provided: one for Garmin interface, one for Wahoo interface. Compatible with most computer shapes and size availble on the market.
